AS A RESULT of representations by the TRTA, the MoT is to explore the demand for annual testing by Ministry examiners at suitably equipped operators' premises. The Ministry told the Association after talks last week that because of the complications of plating vehicles at the first annual tests, they would consider arrangements outside Government testing stations after 1969.
