Dunlop Rubber Co., Ltd. •
" In the Dunlop organization, as in many others," it is pointed out, the training required by many grades of
both staff and operative personnel is et such a specialized type that-it cannot be obtained in any public educational or training institution." A full series of training and refresher cOurses is, therefore, proposed for " all ranks, from the senior executives to the most junior employees." A sevenweeks' course for production foremen has already been started at Fort Dunlop and three " refresher " courses, each lasting a week, have beenorganized.fer regional sales managers, district managers and technical service men..
