• It was painfully obvious from his letter (CM 2-8 July) that Stuart Kelly doesn't know what a transport manager's job comprises.
He obviously has no respect for the drivers he employs and he desperately needs radical retraining in management skills and personnel management. It's a hard life being a transport manager — or perhaps I'm just being a moaning minny? David Powis Walsall, Staffs.
