Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

YOUR journal seems to be read by practically everyone 1 in road transport, so I presume it is also read by our dispatch clerks. Can I, therefore, ask them (and all dispatch clerks) to write addresses clearly and accurately. Several times a week I find myself at the wrong address because my sheet has "So-and-so Road" when the customer lives at "So-and-So Street". And their writing is often past belief.
