Motorstor is a vapour rust inhibitor designed to give longterm protection to metal surfaces vol is claimed to safeguard ferrous metals and hard alloys from corrosion for considerably longer than conventional oils and papers. It is suitable for use in engines, fuel tanks, transmissions, and so on. The inhibitor is applied to unpainted surfaces and when parts are to be shipped an additional application is sprayed into the shipping crates and sealed in.

Motorstor incorporates volatile corrosion inhibitors which perfneate the atmosphere of closed systems. The standard viscosity of the product is SAE 10, although other grades are available. It is claimed to he economical in useā€”for closed systems 1 oz. is used per 3 Cu. ft. of air space.
