Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Topmark Vehicle Hire of Wednesbury has produced an extra-quiet, low-odour vacuum tanker for operator EcoClear.

The Low Profile Vacuum Tanker, based on a Leyland Daf 65.210 chassis, is intended to operate with as little mess and noise as possible: the tank is boxed in, exhaust ports are fitted with activated carbon air filters, the engine runs on low-sul phur diesel and operating noise is claimed to be only 50dI3(A). The tanker was designed inhouse by Topmark, and uses a green/amber/red light system to indicate whether the tank is full, rather than a conventional sight-glass.

Ecoclear intends to use the vehicle at country houses and hotels, and for night work in noise-sensitive locations.
