* Toils are now being collected on a second motorway in Hungary. Trucks using the M5 between Budapest and Kecskemet now have to pay HUE 3,500.
* The Czech Republi: has reduced its speed limits, Trucks above 3.5 tonnes are limited to 60km/h in urban areas and 80km/h on all other roads.

* Operators transporting abnormal loads in Bulgaria must have a special permit issued by the general road administration. Abnormal loads are defined as heavier than 45 tonnes, wider than 3.5m, higher than 4.5m and longer than 22m.
* Trucks in Poland are to be banned from driving from 18:00hrs on the eve of all public holidays until midnight of the holiday itself. The next ban will be on 30/31 March.
* Sweden joined the eurovignette scheme on 1 January; drivers failing to display the certificates will be Fined.
