I The product development department at Leyland Daf is being re-organised following the retirement of product development director Peter Capon.
Colin Ingram has already been appointed chief engineer for van technical management; Keith Howard is the new chief engineer for light trucks.
Capon joined the company in 1976 after 25 years with Ford; he had been product development director since 1987.
