Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I was interested to read (CM December 5) about the D-I-Y wrecker. We built a wrecker about 12 months ago on an AEC Mustang and it looks much the same idea.

We operate a 24-hour breakdown service and recover many English trucks. We have twin rams at the rear, a 3ft jib and a 10ft sliding extension. The truck is fitted with power winch and transfer box taken from old trucks and built on the chassis. It also has a hand winch, towbars, rear air lines and extended battery leads. We made an automatic device to lock the crane should anything slip in operation. We have towed 40 tons and lifted 20 tons on test.
