Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The garage equipment field is being entered by a company formed and announced last week by the Burmah Group of companies. The new firm, Dynaflex Ltd, is headed by the former general manager of Castrol's UK retail division, Mr. Colin J.

Harris, and divided into three divisions the Burmah-Castrol equipment, Dynaflex and service and parts. A planning department will look after the design and layout of installations for customers.

The Burmah organization intends to place its experience in marketing, designing, engineering and servicing at the disposal of the new company. Research and development, says Mr. Harris, will be high on the list of priorities; research will be made into new and as yet untried methods of diagnosing vehicle faults.

A training school is to be set up by the firm to train customers' operatives.

The headquarters of the new company are at North West House, Marylebone Road, London, NW1.
