Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Because of a steadily increasing demand for training. the Furniture Removers Institute has now split its "February School" into two levels, the senior of which will be a Removals Managers course intended for those wishing to sit the Institute's new GCRM (General Certificate in Removals Management) exam as well as being a useful revision course for existing removals managers.

It is expected that the syllabus will cover not only problems facing removals managers but also thc greater part of the syllabus for the proposed Transport Manager's Licence.

The five-day fully residential course will be held in the Norfolk Hotel, Harrington Road, London, SW7 from February 16 to February 20. The fee including full board, is £51 and has been recognized by RTITB.

The usual five-day residential "February School," suitable for candidates wishing to sit the OCFR (Ordinary Certificate in Furniture Removals), or as a revision course for estimators, is also being held at the Norfolk Hotel from February 2 to February 6 at a cost of £36 10s. (including full board). It also qualifies for RTITB grant.
