Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The AEC Mandator, BMC Laird and BMC Mastiff will be the first three British Leyland trucks to be assembled in a new factory at Malines, Belgium, whose development (CM December 19) was confirmed this week by Mr. George Turnbull, British Leyland's deputy managing director. A new Belgian company has been formed to assemble a range of trucks and buses in the Lim factory.

By October production capacity is ex pected to be 1,200 vehicles a year, rising to 2,000 units when stage two is completed.
