• Cyprien Fox Ltd., parent co-ordinating company of the Cyprien Fox Group, has acquired E. E. Howes Transport Ltd., of Brimsdown, which includes Howes European and Cameron Transport, Glasgow, between them operating more than 100 vehicles.

Negotiation was conducted through the late Mr. R. E. Howes's executors. The sudden death of Mr. Howes was announced in May 1969.

Mr. W. H. Long and Mr. G. Williams, present directors of Howes and its subsidiaries, are retained on the board. Additional appointments are Mr. R. A. Mulvey as chairman and Mr. L. E. East as managing director, both of whom are directors of Cyprien Fox Ltd.
