Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A LANCASHIRE company has taken delivery of the unusual combination of a six-wheeler skip loader pulling a drawbar trailer, on which a second skip can be carried.

Dunnings Animal By-Products of Bury says that the York drawbar trailer increases the capacity of the vehicle by 3.5 tons, raising its productivity by 20 per cent. The use of the trailer utilises the 30-ton gross train weight of the loader vehicle, a V6-engined Mercedes LPK 2419 with a tilt cab. The Telehoist Load Lugger skip loader on the Mercedes can also handle the container on the trailer, which can accommodate skips up to 4.6 metres (16ft) long. Drawn by an arched swan-neck drawbar, the trailer has close-coupled tandem suspension.

Dunnings is using the outfit on daily runs to move loaded skips from Kendal and Preston to Bury.
