Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A NEW 45-TON dumper from the Kockums range, the 445, has been introduced by the Construction Equipment Division of Thos W. Ward. The payload volume is 21cum (27.4 cu yd) struck and 33.8cum (44.2 cuyd) heaped 1:1.

The 445 is powered by a Detroit Diesel 12V71T turbocharged engine which develops 377kW (510bhp) at 2,100 rpm. This gives the new Kockums a top speed of 72km/h (45mph). The lubrication system of the engine is claimed to be effective for inclines up to 30° without danger of engine damage.

Incorporated in the Allison CLBT 5960 six-speed automatic transmission is a retarder

which is intended to be used as the main service brake. In addition, the Kockums is iftted with split-circuit air/hydraulic braking, The standard rock body, with 20mm (0.81n) bottom and 12mm (0.5in) side plates, is of all-welded construction with wrap-around ribs through which the exhaust: is piped to heat the body for easy dumping of wet loads.
