Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SPBAKING in London early this week at the announcement of the Triumph Courier van and the new Standard 7-cwt. van, Mr. Stanley Markland, managing director of the Standard-Triumph International, Ltd., said that already orders for some four to five hundred Courier vans had been received from the Continent. Mr. Markland went on to say that these new models, the first produced in the Standard-Triumph factory since they became part of the Leyland Motors Group, were only the forerunners of other interesting things. He promised that in three months' time there would be other new models to announce. He said that his aim was to continue to increase the quality of Standard-Triumph products.

Referring to the 7-cwt. van he said that, in addition to its improved performance gained by the larger engine, improvements had also been made to the finish, body details (a roof vent had been added for example) and "the stopping power." Among the optional extras for the new Courier 5-cwt. van are disc brakes at the front wheels. These cost an additional £1 2.
