Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

DOES THE recent high number of chemical-related accidents reported in CM show a gap in training that needs to be looked at in the future?

In spite of the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) and ADR rules and regulations, how many drivers or employees in the transport industry have any knowledge of the properties of most chemicals, or the inherent dangers of mixing the wrong ones together? At this point it is fairly obvious who studied Chemistry at school to GCSE or 0-level standard...

At any level of work a line has to he drawn on what training is effective or affordable, but when fatalities happen some further lessons need to be learned.
