November truck registrations rose 11.7% pushing the year-to-date figure above the 56;000 mark. Registrations for trucks over 15 tonnes jumped 13.6% in November, while sales of light and medium trucks grew 8.4%.
The SMMT says this growth in truck sales means the UK remains the second largest CV market in the European Union.
