Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

by Toby Clark • Andover Trailers has established a marketing link with Bavarian manufacturer Goldhofer which promises to open European and world markets for Andover's Superlow lowloaders and step-frame trailers. In return Andover will bring Goldhofer's heavy haulage equipment to the UK and Ireland.

Goldhofer is one of Europe's largest special trailer manufacturers, with 435 employees and an annual turnover of Dm95m (£37m). Products range from lightweight step-frame drawbar trailers to giant self-propelled modular load platforms.

Goldhofer's specialised products have high design and development costs, so Andover's less expensive trailers will give it a complementary range. Products of the alliance will be badged Goldhofer-Andover, and the Far East is seen as a likely growth market.

Andover will market Goldhofer's power-steered low-bed trailers , extendible and combination trailers.
