• Trailmaster Trailers, part of the Crane Holdings group which went into receivership last June, has been bought by a team of former Trailmaster managers for an undisclosed sum. The deal was partly financed by an un-named vehicle delivery organisation.
Director Jim Browne says the company anticipates a "challenging" year ahead, and aims to maintain production levels at around 100 units a year. Michael Dean and Peter England complete the management line-up.
Trailmaster has moved to slightly larger premises in Kettering and will continue to offer maintenance and service to existing Trailmaster users.
