• Bristol-based operator Peter Lane Transport has won a number of new contracts, including one with Body Shop International to distribute to its northern branches. The deal means Peter Lane now handles the entire UK distribution to Body Shops using a fleet of 11 vehicles.

It has also secured a SouthWest distribution contract with German food manufacturer Stute, and is handling deliveries in South Wales and the South-West for mail order company Freemans.
