THE York Trailer Co Ltd says that the outlook is that everything now points to another good year both in sales and profits, subject to a fair measure of industrial peace and no adverse Government actions.
For the half-year ended June 30 sales were ahead by 30 per cent and unaudited net profit before tax for the Group were held to E778,000 (1973: E677,000) and thus, says York, do not exceed the maximum permitted under the Government's antiinflation measures.
In exports there has been a threefold increase in orders.
