Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ITS NEW HYDRONECK is to be exhibited by King Truck Equipment Ltd at this year's Commercial Motor Show. The equipment has an aiming pin which, it is claimed, facilitates trailer pickup and speeds up turnround. S. E. Davies and Son of Astwood Bank already has a King TD30 in operation. The driver is seen here lowering the front end of the trailer to the ground through the hydraulic control located on the gooseneck. He then releases two pins which allow the hydroneck to be removed from the deck and operates a second hydraulic control which takes the weight of the gooseneck and prevents it hanging on thefifth-wheel coupling. It is claimed that the entire loading operation from parking to driving off a loaded artic takes no more than 15 minutes operated by one man. The system replaces either the knock-out back axle or a loading-ove-the-side operation.
