AAny change in operating centre, no
matter how insignificant it might seem. must immediately be notified to the clerk to the Licensing Authority. It is doubtful, however, whether the LA will insist upon an application for a new licence, as the proposed change will make little or no difference to the distance conditions on your present licence.
