• Over 300 items from more than 50 Czechoslovak manufacturing plants are in cluded in this year's display by Motokov of Prague at the Brno Trade Fair in Septemb er. Exhibits comprise lorries, buses, cars, motorcycles, automotive equipment, tyres and technical rubber products, tractors and farm machinery.

In the commercial vehicle field the range is wide. There is the new Skoda 1203 eight-passenger minibus, a general purpose vehicle with a four-cylinder, liquid cooled, in-line petrol engine of 1,221 cc located between the front seats.

On a similar chassis is the Skoda 1203 box van, the loading space of 5.2 cu. m. being accessible through side and rear doors.

From Tatra, Skoda and Praga there will be new heavy trucks, buses, special-purpose and city service trucks and trailers. Tatra is to show 2-148 dumpers, dropside trucks and chassis and the 813 Colusses with its 8 x 8 chassis; the Skoda factory will present its MTS 24 rapid-action tipper, the Sk 16.5 articulated bus, and the Praga works will introduce the AVIA A-15 and A-30 two-axle lorries with dropside bodies as well as the A-15 F box van. The CN-22 tank semi trailer, with Tatra 138 NT tractive unit, has a capacity of 24,000 litres and its pump an output of 1,200 litres per minute.
