• R. Murfitt Ltd. manufacturers of bulk vehicle bodies and mechanical handling engineers of Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, states that an agreement has been made with Bulkmobile Ltd. of Sudbury, Suffolk, relating to the supply of vehicle dischargers and co-operation in the overseas market in connection with the Bulkmobile system. The agreement will commence from August 14.
• A recent amendment to the Belgian highway code provides for using dipped headlights at all times during the night and in daylight when the weather reduces visibility to 200yd. Position or sidelights may be used only when the vehicle is stationary.
