EXPECTED to cost the West German Governinent Rs. 2m., a fully equipped workshop for training mechanics and apprentices has been offered to the Ceylon Transport Board under a technical co-operation scheme signed between Western Germany and Ceylon in October, 1956, German experts would be provided to instruct personnel.
