Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Two pieces of machinery, each weighing at least 130 tons, will be transported in the North by M.R.S., Ltd., about the end of this month. A specially constructed train of vehicles will be employed to carry the extra weight, and the total load on the road will be 200 tons, but it will be so distributed as to render quite reasonable the weight per wheel.

Perhaps the most interesting feature of the task is that these Pieces of machinery could not be sent by railway.
