filhose raunchy Scandinavians are supposed to know a thing or two about all things blue, so it is no surprise the Swedes are looking closely at a colourful innovation which could boost road safety. It seems that a new paint which turns bright blue in the cold, by inclusion of an additive in white paint, provides a good warning of black ice. I hear Birmingham City Council is anxious to explore the life-saving idea.
