Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Silentnight Layezee Beds is evaluating the potential of a Scania P93 210; the first in the UK with full air suspension, and an ERF E8 240. The six-month trial will determine future buying policy for its 17-vehicle fleet.

Both vehicles are plated at 12 tonnes to avoid a higher tax rate and could run up to 28 tonnes GTW with a trailer, equipped with VBG under-slung coupling and demount box bodies. In fact payloads average about four tonnes. The high-volume GRP bodies, with an internal height of 2.9m, are the first to carry the company's new livery.

The Cummins C Seriespowered ERF is equipped with four-bag rear axle air suspension with an independent raise-andlower control.

This forms an integral part of the demount system supplied by Abel Engineering.
