THE WEST Mercia and East Midlands Divisions of the Freight Transport Association have elected their officers for 1983-84.
West Mercia chairman is Peter Shaddock, transport and warehousing controller of Midland Shires Farmers in Worcester; Vice chairman is Derek Joyce, distribution director with H. P. Bulmer of Hereford; national council representative is Ted Jones, distribution manager of Midland Poultry Holdings of Craven Arms.
East Midlands chairman is Alan Men inick, distribution manager of Weetabix of Burton Latimer. Vice chairmen are Barry Goodey, transport manager for Baxters (Butchers) of Northampton, and Geoff Pearce, transport manager with Travis and Arnold of Northampton. National council representative is Wiff Baillest, transport manager of TI Desford Tubes of Leicester.
