Receiver Steven Henderf of Thomson McLintock, Al deen accountants, announ that the assets sold on Apri included the Stonehaven-ba haulage company's 23 vehil and trailers, and its depot Spurryhillock, Stonehaven.
Sutherland plans to negot with the owners of premise Dundee and Paisley which currently leased by Aberd Parcels, but is not taking c that company's depot in Iry ness.
Mr Henderson added t most of the 38 employees we be retained.
