• A new southern depot for spares and service was opened by Pitt Trailers Ltd, of Wigan, on April 1.
The depot, at Cooks Road Transport Engineers Ltd, at Dovers Corner, New Road, Rainham, Essex, on Al3 London-Tilbury road, will carry a full range of spares including wheels, axles, springs, couplings and electrical components.
Pitt representatives will operate an area sales office on the site and can be contacted through Rainham 58885.
