• Mr K. C. Turner, chairman of the RTETB, is to open the Stage IV extensions of Bromsgrove College on April 23 and will present the awards at the annual presentation of awards ceremony. It is believed that this is the first time that a chairman of an Industry Training Board has performed two such ceremonies and this reflects the growing recognition of the College's contribution towards training in the road transport industry following the establishment two years ago of a School of Road Transport Studies. The School was described by John Darker in CM December 19 1969.
