a major revision of bus services of Halifax Corporation and the Halifax Joint Omnibus Committee. The reorganization has been designed to improve facilities following local housing and Industrial development. It involves the provision of 1 1 new services.
Higher Dundee Bus Fares: An immediate increase in Dundee Corporation bus fares has been approved by the Scottish Traffic Commissioners, The 3d. minimum fare is now 4d. and the 7d. fare has gone up to 8d. The increases are to meet the estimated deficit of £103,000 on running costs.
