Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ALL applications for import licences from any zone of Germany should be made to the Import Licensing Department. 189 Regent Street, London, W 1.. on the standard form ILD / A, and not, as previously, to the Sundry Materials Branch of the Board of Trade. This change applies as from April 19.

Inquiries relating to private imports from Germany, and not directly connected with import licensing, should be made in accordance with the instructions given in the "Board of Trade Journal" for April 10.
