Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

that none of the winners in any of the categories this year came from a small fleet — ie one of less than five vehicles. There were, in fact, fewer small-fleet entries this year, in contrast to previous years when small fleets have taken the big money.

The principle remains that a small fleet operator can often justify a livery whose cost would be prohibitive if it had to be repeated across a big fleet, and also does not run into the problems of some big operators which have multiple brand images (and therefore trailer liveries) which have to marry with a common tractor fleet.

In the end, it was the traditional — perhaps even nostalgic — Ovaitinetin livery from Wander which won this difficult-to-select category.
