Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SPECIALIST vehicle bodybuilder Cosby Suppliers has completed the first of seven trailers for Computer Standby a company which offers a "rescue service" for businesses which suffer breakdowns with their own computer equipment.

The self-contained units provide a quick restart at the user's premises and are equipped with either IBM system 34, 36 or 38 business computers.

Built on an AHP step frame single-axle chassis, the units have a Rubery Owen low-loader axle with Neway air suspension, which Cosby claims is the first use of air suspension with this axle.

The trailer is constructed from grp panels and has an insulated floor and ceiling. In the front compartment there is a Lister single-phase 240v generator, although a standby external connecting socket is also fitted.
