A NEWS item last week on Volvo's guaranteed parts scheme may have been misleading, in part.
Parts costing over £1,000 each are not excluded from the scheme, but Volvo will accept the cost only up to a maximum of £1,000 per line of the order. Hence, if a part costing £2,000 is delivered late, the customer will have to pay only £1,000.
