Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A VARIABLE-SHOT lubricating dispenser for BP self-mix two-stroke oil is being distributed by the BP retail market division of Shell-Mex and BP Ltd.

It delivers mixes of 20 to 1, 25 to 1, 32 to 1 or 50 to I ratios for motorcycles, scooters and cars with two-stroke engines. It will supplement an existing fixed ratio unit now used at BP sites.

Two types of dispenser are being distributed: a Stewart-Warner model with a capacity of 2gal, and a Baelz unit with a 3gal capacity. Both wheeled models have transparent delivery tubes and non-drip nozzles on hose assemblies. Strainers are incorporated inside the tank filler orifice. Marketed by: Shell-Mex and BP Ltd., Shell-Mex House, Strand, London, WC2.
