Regarding Professor David Rose's comments on truck drivers, I must agree with him—but he was a bit too kind to most truck drivers. I would put them just below even lollipop men and women.
Most of them don't have a brain in their heads. Just look at the way they behave towards other road users.
Also, who can take any 40 or 50 year old man seriously if he is wearing earrings? As I said, David Rose is spoton—but too nice.
