Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Cycle manufacturer Raleigh has taken delivery of 1 4 semi-trailers from Southfields, all fitted with the latest folding secondary decking. The 10m GRP-faced plywood trailers can carry two tiers of cycles on swingdown floor sections. These rest on steel box-section cross supports which also pivot from the side walls. When not in use the floor sections and their supports are pinned vertically against the sidewalls by anti-luce fasteners.

The extra flooring gives a 1.16m 145in) interior height on both decks within a 2.43m (96in) ceiling. The single-axled 10m trailers are rated at 24.5 tonnes GCW; they are hauled by Leyland Daf 75 Series sleeper-cabbed tractors.
