• Scania is evaluating an R113 MA 400 turbo-compound tractive unit in the UK. The model was scheduled to reach the UK this year, but Scania says the left-hand-drive 4x2 tractor is being tried in a variety of haulage operations from long-haul motorway runs and intercontinental runs to general haulage, to position it in the market".
The trials are expected to last for around three months.
