Dvery company relies on its personnel, and Gatwick Airport's motor transport wing, Autosky, is lucky to have technicians with as much initiative as Phil Cozens (right). He came up with a modification to the runway sweeping rig that has saved the company £1,500 in six months. He certainly earned his £100 reward.
