/ Blackburn-based East Lancashire Coachbuilders has completed a stylish re-build for London General's Red Arrow operation.
Unlike most of ELC's refurbishments it has completed, the Leyland National has a curved windscreen and a revamped front and rear, says ELC sales and marketing manager Eddie Brown.
