in the procedure for PSV operators obtaining certification of Tempo 100. Applicants should now apply direct to the PSV Centre at Swansea: not to their local certifying officer. New-style application forms (PSVC 1) can be obtained from the PSV Centre. There is provision on the application form for a fee to be charged. Vehicle examination for Tempo 100 is free of charge at the moment, but it now seems likely that a fee will be introduced later this year.
