IDS will be offered at 17 of Kuwait's Quickfill computerised diesel outlets, in addition to the 100 IDS outlets already operating in Sweden, Denmark, Holland, Belgium and Italy. Users of the card will be invoiced directly for the fuel, and will also receive management information about the fuel used.
Kuwait is currently expanding a number of its IDS locations to Truck Centres, providing covered repair areas, restaurants, shops, showers, telex, telephones and, at international frontiers, bureaux de change and customs documentation.
Ralph Brown, Kuwait's director of marketing says the company also plans to introduce IDS locations into France.
