Commercial Motor's Workshop magazine is to stage its first Workshop exhibition and conference on 21-22 October: we preview the highlights.

• The first Commercial Motor/ Workshop exhibition offers a unique chance to compare some of the top garage equipment and service suppliers under one roof.

The roof in question is that of the Allesley Hotel, near Coventry and the show, which is organised by Commercial Motor's monthly magazine Workshop, will take place on Wednesday and Thursday 21-22 October. Entry will be free to the trade; the exhibition will be open from 08.30-17.30hrs both days.

As well as the exhibits themselves, it will feature a delegates' conference on the Wednesday and, on the Thursday, a series of half-hour presentations when the exhibitors will show off their wares.

The Allesley Hotel is by the junction of the A4114 and the B4106 (junction 4 off the M6). For free entry fill in the privilege pass on page 62 of this week's issue — and your pass could win you a free trip to Paris.
