will be brought into operation as part of the National Carriers Contract Services' takeover of PC Henderson's distribution. Henderson — the UK's largest garage door and sliding door
equipment manufacturer — has awarded the million contrac to NCCS to boost efficiency; NCCS will be using demountable boxes and retention equipment for the operation. Henderson's depots at Coleville near Leicester, and at Wickwar, near Bristol, are to be closed, leaving those at Romford, Bowburn and Bothwell in Scotland. NCCS will provide 11 drivers and three managers to service the operation, with five 32-tonne drawbar vehicles and trailers and five 16-tonne Loafs.
