● A PI on 21 November will look at disciplinary action against Wirral-based Black Macadam.
● On 29 November a PI will look at disciplinary action against JCZ Transport based in Colne. The transport manager’s repute will also be looked at.
● Winsford-based JD Doors will submit a new licence application at a hearing on 20 November.
● Swiftwood Services based in Chesterfield will make a new licence application at a PI on 22 November. Disciplinary action will also be looked at.
● The TC will look at disciplinary action against BTS Haulage based in Manchester at a PI on 26 November. The repute of the transport manager will also be looked at.
● A PI on 20 November will discuss disciplinary action against Matlock-based S&P Services (Longcliffe). The repute of the transport manager will also be discussed and considered.
Cardiff
● Disciplinary action against Newcastle Emlyn-based M and R Davies, will be considered at a hearing on 29 November.
● Taylor Engineering (UK) based in Cardiff will make a new licence application at a PI on 29 November.
